Heavy Tow Company Enlisted for Construction Machine Towing

A specialized machinery rental company requested the help of a heavy tow team for a very muddy job! One of their client’s had rented a front-end loader in order. The client was clearing some land to make a road in the woods off of Highway 17 when he became stuck and slowly started to sink into some swampy mud! The rental company was unable to recover the front-end loader so they called in the heavy towing professionals at Tim’s.

The access road to the loader was extremely slippery and muddy and the heavy tow team’s 60 ton wrecker was struggling to maintain a good grip on the road. Their years of experience told them that if they continued along this path, they would soon become stuck as well! The team attached their wrecker onto an on-site bulldozer. They were then able to winch the wrecker down the road, through the mud to get to the 27,500lb front-end loader.

The loader was in a really bad spot and was still slowly sinking into the mud. There was no time to waste and the tow team sprung into action. They connected the rear end of the loader, and slowly winched it out of its misery – careful not to sink further into the mud. Luckily, once the heavy tow team dislodged it from the swampy mud, the front-end loader was still able to drive!

It was another successful rescue for our heavy tow team – well done guys! Now go clean off that mud!
